Thank you for your willingness to be a part of the fun of the Chili and Soup Cook-Off! This event is a playful competition for bragging rights to the best Chili and Soup, all while raising money for our Panama Missions Fund.
Prepare for a large crowd to come through your booth, sample your items, and drop money into your donation bucket to signify you as the chosen "best." All donations will be collected at the end of the night, and whoever gets the most money in their donation bucket will be crowned the winner!

Each booth will get a half-table (about 4 feet in width) to decorate and diplay your chili/soup, any optional condiments or add-ins, and optional desserts or extras such as cornbread, etc. You can be as creative as you want and include as much as you want to help your booth draw the attention of the crowd. Please arrive by 4:30pm to set-up.
Each booth is furnished with small tasting cups and spoons. There will be two outlets per table. If more are needed, please add details below.
You will need to provide:
1). The chili/soup in a crock-pot or some other way to keep it warm.
2). A Donation Jar/Bucket to collect the donations. (We will return these at the end of the night. Please ensure it is easy to get the money back out of)
3). Any optional extras you want to bring.
