Our first meeting of GriefShare will be April 19th, from 6-7:30pm. This will be a 13-week course. We will watch GriefShare course videos, have opportunity for discussion, and you will recieve a work-book to give a space for personal reflection and grief work.

We respect your loss, and want to honor your journey through it. If the idea of speaking in a group discussion makes you uncomfortable, please know you do not have to speak in group. Sometimes just listening can bring healing. This course will deal with the emotional aspect, but also provide practical information to help you through this journey. Crying is always okay, but not-crying is also okay. This is your grief, your loss, your way of processing, and we hold no expectation or judgement of your process!
