Thank you for your willingness to offer items for our Silent Auction that will take place during our Chili & Soup Cookoff on Sunday, February 15th at 5:00! All money collected from the auction will go to our International Missions Fund. 

We will gladly accept: New/Good-as-New items, Handmade crafting/trade skill items, Items donated from businesses, Gift Certificates, Gift Baskets, or Baked Goods.

As a reminder, items that appear used, well-worn, or damaged, would be great to save for donating to our Middle School Camp Fund Garage Sale that is coming in the Spring. 

Please describe your item(s) below and if you know the value of the item/service please include that in the description (this may help generate a higher interest in the item).

For convenience we have added optional entry space for multiple items in this form for those who are planning to donate more than one item. If you have more than five items, please complete another form for the ones that didn't make it onto this form.

Physical items can be dropped off beginning two weeks before the event.  Baked goods can be dropped off in the multipurpose room on the day of the event until 4:30 PM.
